In 2017, we embarked on our entrepreneurial journey with colored chicken cutlets on the streets of Wufeng, Taichung, Taiwan. We overturned the traditional golden batter by extracting natural color components from vegetables and fruits, offering a unique texture and a fresh experience to Taiwanese traditional cuisine. Upgrading and optimizing traditional roadside delicacies, we have refined our storefront with exquisite decoration, complete image design, and corporate management, aiming to promote Taiwanese cuisine internationally.
